Melissa’s Asynchronous Jam

Link Posted on Updated on

Asynchronous Jam D/Em/G for Wolves by Josh Ritter.

Sore fingers, some speeding, and a little bit of playing with strum style.

It was great to “jam” practice with other participants yesterday, maybe other beginners can join us next time via Google Hangout or something!

Going to sit at the piano maybe and add a bit.  Trying also to learn Em on the mandolin, I’ve got D and G down, any help out there!?

Nice work on the jam! If you’re looking for mandolin chords, there’s a few places online to find them. Like here, or a another place here. There are lots of variations on Em (and every other chord) the easiest Em on mandolin I’ve used is open top and bottom strings, and 2nd fret on strings 2 & 3. So 0220 for the tab notation. Good luck and let us hear how it’s going!

Thanks for the links and the notation. I’ll see what I can add, strumming on the mandolin is a bit different tho, isn’t it?
